Oil the porkchops and sprinkle them with salt. Cook them in a hot nonstick skillet on medium-high for about 4 minutes per side or until lightly browned. Remove and put on a temp plate (will not be fully cooked).
Add the onions and cook briefly, stirring to loosen up brown bits from the pan. Put the pork back in and then add the sauce ingredients. Reduce the heat. Simmer for 3-4 minutes, or until a thermometer reads 145 degrees. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
